РЕЦЕПТ ТОРТА ПРАГА НА АНГЛИЙСКОМ ЯЗЫКЕ

Рецепт торта прага на английском языке:

Ingredients:

- 200g butter

- 200g sugar

- 200g flour

- 4 eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 100g dark chocolate

- 200ml whipping cream

- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon instant coffee

- 2 tablespoons water

- 50g chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round cake pan.

2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

4. Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix until well combined.

5. Stir in the vanilla extract.

6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.

9. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over simmering water. Set aside to cool slightly.

10. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

11. Dissolve the instant coffee in water and set aside.

12. Once the cake has cooled, slice it horizontally into two equal layers.

13. Generously brush the coffee mixture over the cut sides of each layer.

14. Spread a layer of whipped cream on the bottom layer and drizzle with melted chocolate.

15. Place the second layer on top and repeat with whipped cream and chocolate.

16. Decorate the top of the cake with additional whipped cream and chopped nuts if desired.

17. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
